Finally, you can go to the checkout to book your rental reservation. This will ensure that the products are reserved just for you. We will then reach out to confirm details and payment.

Renting equipment from our business is a straightforward process. Begin by browsing our Equipment page. Once you've selected the equipment you need for your project, select your pickup and return date to ensure availability, and click Add to cart. After you have completed your checkout we'll contact you to answer any questions, complete payment, and confirm pickup and drop off of the equipment.

In the event that the rented equipment experiences a breakdown or requires maintenance during your rental period, please contact us immediately at 303-578-0525. Depending on the issue and its cause, we'll arrange for repairs or replacement as needed. The repair and maintenance costs for equipment issues that are not a result of misuse or neglect will typically be covered by our business. Please refer to our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions regarding equipment breakdowns and maintenance.

If you would like to extend your rental period, please contact us as soon as you anticipate the need for an extension. We will work with you to arrange the necessary documentation and adjust the rental terms accordingly. Keep in mind that equipment availability may vary, so it's a good practice to notify us as soon as possible to ensure the continued availability of the equipment you need. We understand that schedules can change, and we're here to support your project's evolving needs.

The Rental Protection Plan is optional and provides customers with an extended plan to offset costs related to damages or theft that may occur during the equipment rental period. Without this, customers are 100% responsible for all costs associated with damage, repair, and loss. Our rental protection plan price is 15% of the rental; the customer is then only responsible for 10% of the damage costs up to a $500 deductible. This is NOT an insurance policy.

There are 3 Fuel Options.
Prepay Fuel - This option allows you to purchase a full tank and return the unit at any level. If returned full, you will be refunded this charge.
Pay on Return - This option allows you to pay only for the fuel that you have used.
Return Full - This allows you to return the unit full of fuel, or to the same level as you received it, and not be charged.
